Written recommendations and a first implementation scope.
What we review
- Your current process, representative cases, business rules, and approvals.
- Connected systems, access, integrations, and licensing.
- Work volumes, data handling, running costs, and maintenance.
What you receive
- A workflow map and recommendation, comparing feasible approaches.
- Expected benefits and running costs, with assumptions.
- An implementation scope and effort estimate, covering prerequisites, tests, and approvals.
- A walkthrough of the findings.
What we need
- A sponsor and someone who does the work.
- Representative cases and system information.
- We agree to the scope, access, and a delivery date before booking.
Scope
- One workflow, which may cross systems or departments.
- Multiple independent workflows need a separate scope.
- You can take the findings to another provider or choose not to build.
Assessment credit
Receive a credit equal to 10% of the qualifying AI workflow implementation fees on each invoice until the assessment fees you paid are fully credited. Implementation may span workflows for the same client.
Credits are limited to assessment fees paid. We calculate the 10% credit on implementation fees before credits; multiple assessments do not increase the rate or allow the same fees to be credited twice.
Qualifying fees exclude assessments, taxes, licenses, hosting, AI usage, and other third-party costs. Implementation is a separate purchase, with no minimum commitment required to receive a partial credit.
