Chris Constantin is a principal software architect and engineer based in Vancouver, BC. He brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling software products, connecting business systems, and operating applications in production.
Cloud architecture and operations
His work spans Azure and AWS infrastructure, application architecture, data platforms, and the costs of running them. He assesses existing systems, plans changes, and carries out the engineering alongside client teams. He holds Microsoft certifications in Azure solutions architecture and multi-agent AI.
Working with your team
Chris works directly with founders, business leaders, engineers, and existing providers. He connects technical findings to costs, operating consequences, and practical choices. Recommendations may mean keeping what works, improving it, or replacing a part when the evidence supports doing so.
He makes the work and operating knowledge accessible. Clients can choose continued support by agreement or a handover to their team or another provider.
